which do you prefer to buy a new car or a used car?

I would get a used car because if you wrecked the new one you would have to pay a lot of money for the damage.

Who wouldn't want a new car if you are capable of? We only buy used cars because our finances do not much the cost of a new one.

Yeah I prefer a brand new car because I am very rich and I can bought a car easily.I have 1 already.

If I am just starting driving, I would prefer buying a used car. But I will make sure the engines are running very well and worth it of the sale price. Also with the exterior and interior looks of a car is important. It is hard to buy a new car when you are a starter driver because there's a risk to that. There's a possibility that you may wreck the car. I will take time buying a new car whenever I deserves it and afford it. I have a new car though. And I am just starting to drive..hehe. It was my hubby's choice to buy new car for me.

For me, I prefer to buy a new car and yesterday i had a look in the car market, i hate to repair the car so many times as the second hand car always be repaired.

i think second hand with low KMs/miles is best. you save so much money and its practiaclly brand new anyway

Its not a dream or somehting but even i wanted to own a car as like you do because my parents always wanted im small to earn a big amount may be after sometime i will earn and buy them a brand new car as im still studying , you can buy a second hand car if you feel worth buying it , some cars may look good but when you see their internal parts it would no longer be used again , so ask some good mechanic friends to help you

Hi meticulo! As much as possible buying new car is the best option. Who would not want to have at least 5 years of worry free trouble (maybe major mechanical and electrical trouble). But just as you have said, financial constraint have limited us to buy second hand car instead of brand new. Maybe what we could do is to continue to save money until we have enough to buy a newer model of second hand car. Rushing and excitement in owning a car usually lead us to make a wrong choice and decision in choosing the right car for our money.

I think if our financial not strong enough, it is better to have used car at first. To choose which used car is easy: determine what car brand spare part that easily to get with cheaper price in the market. This is because used car need to be replaced many of its parts due to its condition.

You are truly right!!! buying used cars now a day is not a wise choise of saving money for a car. The more you use it the more you spend money because of the minor reparis that occur every now and then. Anyway, there are also some slightly used cars that are of good quality. If you just know how to pick one, it could help you save the better way. Yes, many of us want a brand new car but really hard to get it unless you have big savings.

At present, due to to our economy crisis especially on the issue on gasoline, its not normal or practical to buy a brand new car or automobile. Gasoline rates are gradually increasing. I better suggest to buy a second hand car or used car but be sure if youll buying used car better scheck its specs if it requires a uses a lot of gasoline. Practicality wise, plan to buy used car than buying a new one.

I prefer of buying a brand new car compared to a used car. I cant rely on the engine of a used car and it might just cost me much when it started to have some problem when im using it. So id rather just save my money and then buy a brand new since i know it will last long.

i keen on cars also ,if i have enough money someday ,i will buy a car .now i am a student ,i often browse news about cars in internet ,in my mind , i feel if we have no enough money but we also want to buy a car ,we ought to think to buy a used car ,because it not only meet our need but also save a large sum of money .

hey,meticulo.Yes,I agree with what you said.If I were you,I would prefer a new car.Because a ueed car has many troubles,I couldn't bear it.Once my father bought a second-hand car,but after he took it home,it seemed to have continuous problems.It cost us more money to repair it.So after that time I made up my mind not to buy a used car forever.

I have always bought used cars, ones that we could pay cash for heck when we first moved back to mass I bought a 700 dollar car that lasted 4 years and we maybe put 1500 into it. When you buy a new car many cost comes with it like you have to get top insurance because it is financed usually runs the bill up 1200 dollars a year, then the excise taxes kick your butt as well. So in my case I got a good deal lol

i personally prefer to buy a new one.i got to own it first so i am sure that it's in very good condition.well,i don't have anything against second-hand cars.as a matter of fact,the van we have right now is a second-hand.it's ok for me just as long as the car is still in good shape.i don't want to waste my money you know so might as well make a good investment.happy mylotting!
