Misconceptions about DIET

a lot of people thought that DIET is eating less amount of foods or not eating at all. some people got frustraded when they were not able to loose weight after doing the "diet" that they knew... let me correct those misconceptions, when u say DIET, its about eating the right amount of food at the right time, depends on your personal goal either you want to loose or gain weight. when your not eating, its not diet, its called FASTING...
