arcie_it one way of loosing weight is sending your son to a fitness center, in that way, he will be given a program on how to loose weight in safe way.

Misconceptions about DIET

a lot of people thought that DIET is eating less amount of foods or not eating at all. some people got frustraded when they were not able to loose weight after doing the "diet" that they knew... let me correct those...
