chandratvn i usually take the lemon+honey+Water in the early morning at around 6am with empty stomack, have break fast at around 9 Am. As you Said i have also stopped eating non Veg and Oily foods. and plan to take nonVeg items only on Sundays.

chandratvn Please note that the best result will come when you Do this in the early morning with "Empty Stomach" and should not eat anything for next hour or two.
