chandratvn i usually take the lemon+honey+Water in the early morning at around 6am with empty stomack, have break fast at around 9 Am. As you Said i have also stopped eating non Veg and Oily foods. and plan to take nonVeg items only on Sundays.

chandratvn Please note that the best result will come when you Do this in the early morning with "Empty Stomach" and should not eat anything for next hour or two.

chandratvn hi ddaguno ,i used to take 1 Full Lemon With 3 spoons of honey and mix in light Hot water .It worked for me , if your want more data Please try to google for the inforation "Lemon with honey"

chandratvn ya i am very impressed to watch in in the IPL, he played very well for hyderabad . He has some good capabilities which the other youngsters doesn't have . Hope he plays well for india too...

chandratvn ya tea is said to have Herbal values , its good that there is a Decaffeinated Coffee , i have never heard about Decaffeinated coffee , i am hearing first time from you. how do they Decaffeine coffee(i mean by which process )? Do you have any idea?
