$50 in 2 weeks! Just got paid by Reviewstream! And got published at AC!

How exactly do you sign up and join as I i'm on the homepage and cant really see how to sign up..

My account just got closed by RS. They claimed I've posted a review which was published before this. The published review is from my own blog. I've actually taken the time to rewrite and make sure it looks different, yet they claimed the content is similar. Now all my money in the account is gone...without warning. The countless hours spent writing for them has gone to waste. And they are still using the reviews I've sent to them.

I haven't published on ReviewStream, but I have been thinking about doing so because I write so much. What sorts of reviews do they want? Products like books, movies, games, food? Restaurants, hotels? Guess I am just trying to get a sense of what they are looking for as far as topics go. I appreciate any helpful suggestions you can give me.
