need some help please

My 7 months daughter did something to my laptop and now the tab(mouse) that is on the laptop doesn't work. My laptop is an acer 5920G. If anyone can help me for this??

Most laptops come with the ability to disable the touchpad. Unfortunately, this ability is different from model to model. This is what probably happened to your computer. I looked it up, and it looks like the method to disable the touchpad is to hold down the FN and F7 keys together. If that doesn't work out, check your user manual. It should show you how to disable the touch pad.

um. is it disabled? did u try cleaning it? or plug in a separate mouse! ask if tht doesnt help happy lotting and have a nice day

well you do not really have to disable the touchpad you can just get a usb wireless mouse and plug it in, and still the computer will work fine
