lavendar The winter ,I think, in my state lasts very long. It is said it always comes on Octomeber, and goes on May. It lasts almost 6 months. And it is very cold here. I think we should wear down clothes against the cold air and wind.

lavendar Hi,paid2write I don't think I can lose weight by eating spicy food! Since I almost eat spicy food every meal, However my weight increase continuously and seems no trend of decreasing. So I don't think people can loose weight by eating spicy food!
