i was soo pissed of with my self when ive seen my niece soo scared.. like it burst me out of tears everytime i see her face. last tuesday she was hold up and the holdappers put a gun on her head.. my niece is only 12 years old.......

before i really like being a habitual person.. doing everything the same specially my daily habits. but now, i really like to become spontaneous person, free to do things when i want to do so, without rules nor any inhibition......
