earning money on mylot

Ok, so i know that it takes time to make money on mylot and i only have like 16 or 17posts. Well so far i have only earned 13cents!
I know that im not going to be getting a dollar per post but according to what i have already made i have earned less then 1cent per post! Or maybe did some of my post did not earn money at all? I am just a little bit confused about how much money you get per post. I know that the rates fluctuate constantly but do i really have to make more that a hundred post just to get 1 dollar!? Lastly do you get only get money for discussion topics that you start or do you get money for commenting on other peoples post as well. Please help me understand.

You get money for starting discussions and for commenting on the discussions of others. Make usre you are making quality posts (4 lines or more) and are posting on quality discussions that will not be deleted by the admin. I think you will enjoy your time here more if you concentrate on making friends and engaging in good conversations. The money is just an added bonus. Some days you make more than others and myLot is probably never going to tell us why.

Thank you for responding. I am not here to get rich or anything. I truly enjoy posting and i only post on topics that actually interest me and i enjoy talking about. So far all but one of my post have been like mini paragraphs. If what you are saying is correct then i should at least have 25 cents. I have already emailed administration to ask them to clarify. I really dont care how much money i make just as long as i make what other new members make. If you say we get about 1 to 2 cents per post then i have definitely have not gotten that. So with the length of my posts and what people are telling me i should have more money.

you get money for the discussions that is for starting discussions and also for commenting in whole you get paid for for all writing. you need to write the discussions atleast like how you have started here or more and you get paid more but for one or two lines you get only 1-2 cent and not more but like this what you have started you get atleast 2cent i think and that is the way i feel as i get paid most probably.
so you have just started mylotting and it will take time for you to understand and once you start understanding and i think you will not have any problems and hence have nice time in mylot and write more to reach the payout fast and get paid for the month.
