Are you fond of taking pictures?

I really do want to take pictures specially with beautiful sceneries in the background. The problem is, we seldom go to areas with beautiful spots this time. There were times that we go to some places like beautiful lake and mountains, and hubby take pictures only with the scenery, he doesn't want to have people in the picture..
he is weird.. I don't want to argue but, I don't like his idea.
Of course it's nice to be in the picture to keep as souvenir. It come to my mind that this is another lady thing.. Ladies want to take pictures for souvenirs while men are not into it. Do you agree with it? I mean, men don't want to have pictures taken, they love to take pictures but don't want to have pictures of themselves. Hubby only poses when he feels like it.

yes my friend iam very much interested in taking photos of th nature and my loved ones..iwant to keep all my photos wid me.....i want to share my xperiences wid all my freinds and relatives...by showing those pictures.....photos are like my mates....i have a nice camera..but i need a good one to make my phoots look more clearly at all times....i wish i could buy a new one....hope so...thanq..happy mylotting

I love taking pictures, I have so many that I can get overwhelmed. I can find beauty in all places. I love taking them of just different things, be a lone tree, my whole family together or seperate it doesnt matter. Animals, insects, birds, they are each magical in their own ways.
Now if I could find the time to organize and print out the ones that I want that would be a miracle.. lol

hahaha...My hubby is like that too and when we are with other friends, he will not refuse and say anything, he will just smile even if he is not comfortable! LOL!
I love taking pictures even the food that we are going to order or anything I will see..maybe out of boredom! LOL!
ANyway, when only hubby and I will go out, I will always get him a stolen shot....and he can't do anything about it and sometimes, I will ask someone stranger to take us a pic and he will not say NO when there are other people involve! hahahahaha![/i]

hahaha!! I;m wondering why most men don't like to be in the picture. they just want to take pictures but seldom they would make a pose. My hubby is like that. when he is driving and there are good scenery on the way, he would tell me to take pictures.. oh!! gosssshhh I want to be in the picture.. hahaha.. but he want the view only, anyway, we are in the vehicle.. hahah... that's what he is.. picture taker only.. but he doesn't want to be in there.

Hello Bebs. I love to take pictures. Wherever I go, I love to bring with me my digital camera and whatever activities are to be held, I also take some pictures for a memory. Taking pictures is one of my hobbies.

I do like taking pics, we had a digital camera but we also have a 5 year old, so bye bye to that technology. We are gettting another one though, a camera, not a 5 year old.

Yeah! I don't like to take picture of myself too. I'm a guy. I wonder why. Hahaha. Well I guess because I'm not photogenic but I do know some guys who enjoy taking his own picture in front of mirror in the bathroom and post them on facebook.

I love pictures. Unfortunately, I don't have a camera and can't take my own pictures. But I have a really great big collection of pictures stored in my computer.

I like to take pictures no matter if it is scenery picture or people picture. I like to take my friends and my family pictures. I also will be in the picture especially if I went to places that I mind not go again to visit.

before i dont like to take a picture because u need to buy a film and then u must to develop it before u see the outcome of the picture but right now because of the new technology we able to see the outcome once we take a picture. and right now im fond of taking picture of myself and my families and some places. its good to have a camera phone or digicam...

yea that's right.. Today's technology inspires people to have their own pictures taken unlike before where we can not have our pictures taken unless we will go to the photo shop and you have much to have your picture. Now, it is just easy to have many pictures of yourself.

I'm a man: I take photos of people, places and things, and I have no objection to being in pictures, or even in posing alone or with others. I think its a personal thing more than a man/woman issue.

Yep, I am quite fond of taking pictures. I've had my current digital camera for almost two years now (got it as a present for Christmas in 2006) and I seriously have taken thousands of pictures with it. Of course not all of them I have kept though lol. I love taking pictures of just about anything with my digital camera, from people to places and to random things. I don't mind if people are in my pictures, sometimes they make it feel better/happier. Of course I don't mind if no one is in them either, so I can go either way with it. I don't have many pictures of myself taken, but that's just mainly because I don't think I'm very photogenic or anything. If my picture turns out okay, then sure I love having my picture taken haha.

I like picture taking. I like pictures of landscapes, wide open spaces all of nature, people with crazy antics, pictures of cousins and nephews and my brothers clowning around but my youngest brother doesn't like to have his picture taken as much as my other brother loves to pose hehe. I also like to be in some pictures with nice views for souvenirs.

Oh I love taking pictures. I believe photography is one of my passions. My favorite subjects: my twins, my son, my hubby. I love to take stolen shots because I want to capture reality in pictures. This is the reason why I have so many souveneirs of photos we've visited.
And so your husband also wants pictures only of scenery. He is so much like my nephew. I find it boring to see just the scenery. Of course it is better to have people as the main subject and the scenery as the background.
The Ladies really love to have themselves pictured more than men? Ladies really are more "maarte" (ha!ha!ha!) Sometimes you still have to pull those men to join in the pictorial. Hmmp, they are playing hard to get. (ha!ha!ha!)

hahaha!! exactly right my friend. Men are hard to get when it comes to pictures. They are not as excited like ladies when facing the camera. Picture taking is not a big deal to men than ladies do.. Yea, you are having a hard time pulling them to join. hahah I like that stolen shots too. I bet you are the one who photographed this picture in your avatar? you look cute here.

I too like to take pictures. I like to take pictures with people in scenery or without people ,depends on the environment.
Nowadays we used DC, so we can take as many photos as we like without worrying short of films. So , we may take one with people, and another without people.
Frankly, some photos without people is better.

I take a lot of pictures. I mostly use my cell phone camera these days because it is easy to take around and it's pretty good for a phone camera. It's fun to take pictures. I don't really like being in photos as much though. I am not really photogenic.

Oh really? You are like my hubby. He likes to take pictures but don't want to be in the picture. Yes, we also used our cellphone to take pictures since our digital cam is broken and we have no budget to buy another one. It has a nice photo result anyway.

I don't like to have my picture taken but I love taking pictures of my kids, pets, husband, and lots of nature things.
You don't need to go to scenic places to take nice pictures though. You can take close-up pictures of flowers, leaves, animals some people even like to take pictures of insects on plants. You can alos photograph rocks in water and even add little tiny plants or leaves in it.
My husband enjoys taking pictures also but he has a tendency to take too many pictures of the same things, but at least he likes doing it.

Oh yes, I like that idea. I love to take pictures with beautiful background and of course I must be in the picture. You are like my hubby. He love to take pictures of animals, flowers, all that you mentioned above. Specially the picture of his carpentry work. My goodness!! every angle of it. yea, like your hubby? taking pictures of the same thing. That's what my hubby is doing all the time.
