do piercing when angry

I never got piercings when i was angry, but i got some tattoos when i was drunk.

I wasn't allowed to pierce my ears until I turned 18. Even when I turned 18 though, I always felt like I wasn't supposed to. I finally got them done at 20 and regretted it until just a few months ago. Now I want more piercings and I feel like I am being sneaky getting it, but really no one would care anymore. I wouldn't recommend doing anything in anger though. But at least piercings can close up if you ever got one you didn't want... although it sounds like at least you won't actually do that. I know someone who gets in the mood for a tattoo and then has to have it right away, and I'm so glad I'm not like that because that is too permanent for me (but I have been wanting the same tattoo for the past 5 years on my shoulder, so maybe I'll get it eventually).

Self-abuse may be a sign of some problems coping with anger and life generally - do you have parents, friends, relations you can share your problems with or do you bottle them up? You may need to be referred to a counsellor by your doctor - try not to do any more of these piercings as it will make you unemployable if you are not careful as well as obvious health risks. Be careful and get help soon.
