Do you know by touching the tip of the thumb to the tip of the index finger, with the other three fingers stretched out you can do MUDRA OF KNOWLEDGER. The tip of thumb has centers of pituitary and endocrine glands. When we press these centers by index finger the two glands work actively. You can do this "MUDRA" any time. You can practice by sitting, standing and lying on bed whnever and wherever you have time. While travelling in bus, train any time. There is no particular duration for this MUDRA It has amazing benefits. It increases memory power and sharpens the brain, enhances concentration and prevents "INSOMNIA". If you continue to practice it reguarly, it will cure all psychological disorders like, mental, hysteria and anger and depression.

wow. this is the first time i've heard of this. i remember getting tired from trekking a few years before, and a friend told me to touch the tip of my thumb with my index finger so that the energy circulates within my body...i will try that starting tonight. thanks!
