MONEY or PEACE OF MIND: which is more important for you?

i know most people would think if they have a lot of money that will give them peace of mind. but i have to disagree on that, money can make you survive your daily life and daily expenses but would it really give you peace of mind? as they say, the more money you have, the bigger problems you get. especially today, almost everything has its price, even friendship and love. which is more importan for you?
if you ask me, ofcourse it would be peace of mind. because when you have peace of mind, you can function excellently the roles that you play in life, you learn how to go through your life like riding the waves. when a person has peace of mind, most likely a person would be contented with his life and what he has yet still has his goals but not rushing into it. its all about how you ride the waves of your life.

I think peace of mind is more important than money.But money is also important for a happy life.

Money definitely can not give you all the peace of mind but it does make things easier. I think it is better to have enough to fulfill your basic needs of living at a minimum then try to help your fellow human beings to achieve this basic level.
Balance your wants and your needs to get the maximum peace of mind.

Even though money is an absolute necessity to survive I would much rather have greater peace of mind overall than huge amounts of money. Having a stress free mind would mean I would be in a position to make clearer and more optimal decisions in my life which by default would greatly improve my chances of actually MAKING money while still having a solid handle on every other aspect of my life.

I want to say that peace of mind is more important to me than money. But I believe that sometimes you wouldn't be able to have a peace of mind if you have a financial problem in your life. And having lots of money is nothing when you don't get the peaceful of mind.
I think both of them are important equally, because for me, if I don't have one of them, my life would be unbalanced. I need money to maintain the peace of mind, and I need peace of mind to enjoy the money I have.
Having your life balanced is the most important, according to me. Because if you remove any factor, your life would become crippled and incomplete.

well, for me , peace of mind really count.. yes, money is important, but what will you do with the money that you have if you don't have peace of mind,.. you can't buy peace of mind out of money, right? but you can make money if you'll have peace of mind. But for me, Peace that comes from God is the real peace.

Well people keep saying that money can't buy you happiness and they are right but it can buy you out of debt and that is pretty good. I have peace of mind, I would like some money as well but I am well aware that the jobs that bring money can cause trouble. I do not want to be rich, not a chance, just enough to pay off the debts and give us a bit of a cushion would be nice.

like one poster said. money can't buy you peace of mind yet when you have peace of mind, you will be in a perfect state to make money. :) when you have peace of mind, you will be able to fucntion excellently as a worker, as a sibling, as a parent, and as a child.

Well; for me Peace of Mind is more important than making Money . However; it should not be the case that I have very little Money .In that case;there is no question of any peace of Mind .

The most important thing for me is the peace of mind.....however some amount of money is necessary for survival. We cannot exist in this world with only peace of mind. However, if we have the peace of mind then we would be able to give the best of performance in all the roles that we play in our life....

yes some people feel unhappy even though they are rich because they do not have peace o f mind and others are satisfied on what they own but do you know why those people are satisfied with what they have?? its because they have PEACE OF MIND in what they have, how much they earn, how things in their lives are doing, etc. peace of mind means having control over everything in your life; whether you are rich, average or poor.

Peace of mind is important. However we also need money. Without money, we won't have peace of mind because you will be thinking about what are you going to eat tomorrow. Whether we like it or not, we really need money because it can help us with our basic needs. Without money, how can you eat? How could you buy dress? how could you build a family without giving them food to eat? I hope you got my point.

puting peace of mind first does not mean you do not earn money, or you earn less. its about what i smore imortant. you can have peace of mind and you have a lot of money, or you are just earning right. the question is, what is more important.or what do you give importance more? and it does not clearly state that if eace of mind is more important for you, you do not want or need money at all.

Money is important,but peace of money is very important in our daily life.So I think with a some amount of money and a goos peace of mind we can lead our life happily.
For example,rich man can't have a peace of mind beacuse he always think about the money he have and how to save that money.At the same time poor man also can't have peace of mind because he always think of making money for his daily bread.
So I think with little money and a good peace of mind is important to have a good life.

Money and peace of mind are two things but they are very connected.When you don't have enough money to buy what you need or what you are expected to do,the peace will be gone,assuming your Children are asking for things which you don't have over and over,will you have the peace?
Though the two things are been controlled by something call satisfaction,if this is there ,i think there won't be any problem,that is why a person can be rich and still not have the peace of min,because the satisfaction is not there..1 person likes this

wid out peace of mind...u cant able to earn money....if u have money also....u need to have peace of mind....money is necessity bbut peace of mind is important.....so...frends keep ur calm down...nd njoy ur self...

i would go for peace of mind, because money cannot buy it.. i may have huge amount of money, travel abroad, meet new wealthy friends, eat to the finest restaurants, dress with the most expensive clothes, sleep in the most expensive hotels, but without peace of mind, i will not be happy and contented with everything, it will make me more greedy. remember the song "never been to me?" that is the exact example, though one maybe in paradise, but never been to himself, it is useless.
happiness is where we find it, it is in the deepest of our souls, in the most hidden place of our minds, the stability of the spirit and calmness of the heart.
to have a peace of mind is being happy on what i am having and what i can give.
