HeZP_CHN HI,sunny~YES,i heard about this new proposal,but i don't think it will be implemented in the near future . abousily it is unreasonable and we can not accept this new policy.the first and the most important reason is that it means we must work 5 more years...

HeZP_CHN Good discussion. In tha face of globle environment problem,we can do quite a lots of things in daily to protect the environment by all means. use public transporation instead of private car as much as possible ,which can sharply reduce air pollution.
