Is internet an advisable place to find your life time partner?

I think you can begin to get to know someone via the net but it is very one dimensional especially if your constantly writing to one another because you put your own tone and imagining to the writing and perhaps that's not always the correct way the person meant it, therefore a lot of assuming is done. I do think it's very hard to have a relationship on the net without any human contact to base your opinion of a person, you are picking up on how you think that person comes across rather than a fuller, rounder and complete overall package of a person, I mean were not always nice people we are a mixture not just one thing but on the net you have to be nice, nice, nice all the time or else you come across has been not really a nice person when in fact we all have varying moods on us but doesn't make us horrible, that doesn't come across on the net so my opinion is you can start a relationship but it's near on impossible to sustain it without ever actually meeting at some point and getting a fuller feel for a person.

I definitely would advise against the internet as a place to find one's partner. With this said though, my niece met her husband on the internet!! They are now expecting twins and already have one child. Crazy where life takes one at times. Personally, though, I still am against it - I guess it was karma for them and happy it worked out.

finding a life partner through internet is really a tough job...

I have lots of friends who find their lifetime partner on the net. Well, in online dating there are lots of risk and in our day to day life we all have to take risk. Falling inlove for someone you just met online. Some may say its crazy, well sometimes it is LOL. But there are some relationship that really blossomed. Like me i met my best friend on the chatroom and weve been friends for 10 years already. We've seen each other and we never lost our communication still we always find time to chat with each other. And my girlfriend now for 6 years we met online. I guess it depends on both of you how to handle such situations.

i myself dont believe internet love. even though we can see each other by web cam, we still can not have better understanding what kind of person he/she is. i think we are another person on the internet, that's how we act. but in the real life, everything is quite different. so i suggest to find your true love beside you.
