Do Computers affect our Eyes..?

Please dont think this is a silly question.I would like to know if this has side effect.Because sometimes if i use computer till 3 to 4 hours my eyes get tired or something.What is your opinion regarding this?Thank's

munna091 yeah. on continuously watching obviously any bright object will strain our eyes. working on the computer for long time will also result in the same. working 3 to 4 hours really strains eyes lot and lot, in order to decrease this stress give regular intervals...

munna091 im also using mozilla from long time.. after the launch of GOOGLE CHROME im using it its a bit faster and easy usage comparitively even the interface is also good..
