will u neglect other peoples discussion if they didnt respond to ur discussion?

Hi Nishanthan, your idea is good, making more money. All are joining here for making money. But after joining and become active in mylot most of them enjoying with mylot. They like to spend time with mylot for enjoyment rather than earning. I am also the same. I will definitely respond to the discussion irrespective of the fact that the particular person is not responding to my discussion but provided the subject should be interesting one. Responding to the discussion will also earn money. I know you are a new member in mylot so please be aware that make a new discussion and responding other's is equally important and can earn. So gave up your selfishness and understand that all are members of one family. All the best and happy mylotting.

Unless I have some ill feelings towards the person, I don't think I will neglect the response. In fact, as you said, we're all here to make money and then some. If having some type of etiquette towards responding is needed I guess it would be in the MyLot terms. Otherwise, I'll just post to any discussion I feel I would like to respond to. It helps the poster but most importantly myself.

Nope. As long as I have something to share with your discussion, even if you didn't respond to mine I'd still respond to yours. Maybe then when I start something that might interest you then you'll get to respond. In your case though (you're here for the money mainly), maybe you would want to post as many quality responses as you can as long as you have something to say even if the topic starter isn't your friend, that would help you with your earnings. But you should try enjoying and thinking of the money as the 2nd reason you're here, make your first reason as wanting to make friends and learn different things here in myLot.

If you never go to people's discussions that don't come to yours, how will they even know you exist? I have never seen you before so I am pretty sure you have never responded to any of my discussions. Yet, here I am. I would miss out on a lot of interesting things if I only stuck to the ones that respond to me directly. Do what you think is best though.

No. It is not like that. I am not bothering who is responding or not. If I am seeing your discussion and feel to respond, I will do.

Well, the whole idea is gone wrong rite. You are here to earn money, but you do not respond to some discussions, what the point. You are still missing out on the discussions which can earn you. If you really are here for the money, then you should be responding to all of the discussions you lay your eyes on, instead of seeing who responds or not. bourne

Hey nishanthan , You are very practical , obviously money is needed for all who are working here and its true that we dont feel like responding to some who really dont care for us , but it is not really bothering me now a days because i seldom get replies so i understood that just by starting discussions and having zero responses is not going to gain me anything so i started to respond other discussions,, you keep going man , you will be gained for your genuiness..GOD BLESS

i dont care who posted the discussion or who replies to my posts. as long as i find the topic of interest and the person isnt just posting a one-liner response or a nonsense attempt at the subject. i have a lot of friends in my friends list here on mylot. there are far too many for me to keep the "notifications" turned on. my email would be flooded and i would go crazy lol! so i only usually scroll thru the "top" and "new" catagories. in fact i dont often recognize the user names. but that doesnt mean they arent on my friends listing. nor does it mean that i am being neglectful of their postings. just that their discussions havent come up in the catagories i tend to view, or their discussion is of no interest for me. since 1-liners are a no-no here on mylot, if im not interested in the topic, all im gonna be able to put IS a 1-liner, so i dont even bother. nothing against them at all.

Hi there! I have a lot of myLot members in my list of friends. It's unfortunate that not all of them respond to the discussions I post. Of course, I understand that not all of them find my discussions interesting. I also think that they do not have anything to share in some of my discussions. That's okay. Even if they do not respond to my discussions, I still respond to their discussions. Well, of course, for as long as the discussion is interesting and for as long as I have something to really share.

I would respond to those discussons that interest me and I could give some ideas. For other discussions I didn't respond bcos I couldn't give any ideas or not interested. I am sorry for that !

I think this is not the correct way. For me,I don't care whether that person is responding to my discussion as long as the posted discussion is interesting and makes me want to give a response,I will just post my opinions there. Mylot is not only a site to earn money but also as a site to share stories and opinions between each other. Hopefully my point of view will makes you change your mind set. Have a nice day!

Thats a lot of discussions for me to neglect! Normally I just neglect the ones with to many responses (with the exception of this one obviously) unless I find it good enough to respond to. I usually go for the ones with the least responces because I figure the one with the most is already getting all the points they need and people with 0, 1 or 2 responses should really be getting a chance

Thanks for your idea. I think its a timely subject to discuss. There are so many people who are participating in discussion in myLot. Everyday some people are introducing new subjects to discuss with and expecting responses from other myLot members. But every subject cannot be responded. Because some newly introduced subjects are not so attractive and timely to respond. But some are attractive and influencial that make interest to respond. So I think meaningful subjects should be responded as many as possible. And we, the members of myLot discussion forum should also be careful in new discussion just by introducing meaningful, attractive and timly discussion. On the other hand, if any member respond someone's discussion, he should be responded in his discussion by those members.

Uh.. My answer is no, for me that is unfair.. maybe my topic is boring and not interesting that's y nobody responded..

I don't view my friendships online as real friendships, so I never hold a grudge. I remember some of my online buddies who always seem to respond to discussions I start. But I don't try to get back at friends who don't respond by not responding as well. It's very petty. Besides, if I find a discussion worth responding to, I'll definitely put in my thoughts so that I can earn more money here on mylot. :)

Hi there. I usually respond to any discussion that catches my attention, enough that I wouldn't have a hard time thinking of what to post as a response. I really don't care that much whether the person who started discussion is someone whom I never have encountered in my discussions before. Of course, I'd be more likely to respond to discussions started by those whom I have added as friends, but I usually look at new discussions in my interests too and respond to them if I think I have something to contribute to such discussions.

see, its the time when we start a new discussion whether many people respond to or not, i dont mind if people dont respond to my discussion or not, i respond to any kind of discussion which is interesting and whichever i feel like responding to. I dont have any such opinion like responding to the people who responded to me only, nothing like that. Ofcourse many here are for money only but then, we cant expect each and everyone to respond to our discussion, likewise they cant expect too. It all depends on the time, peoples interest etc.

I like I responsed to as many discussions as I can possibly do in one sitting. I hope I don't offend or annoy users if I don't respond to all of their discussions it's just I feel I the responses I should give should be very indepth and should include as much information as possible. This can sometimes be very time consuming although it is enjoyable to participate in. In relation to your question I would never neglect other peoples discussions if they haven't replied to mine. After all I accept many people only have a limited amount of time online or perhaps some of the discussions I have started some people may have trouble relating to.

Well, what I do is I respond to discussions that interest me regardless if the one who started it has responded or not to any of the discussions I have started. Don't you think that's a better idea because you don't have to waste anytime in checking who has responded or not to the discussions you started.

Hi nishan..As u said all people here for money, including me. But sometimes if some hot discussion is going on then i will surely participate in it. So try to participate in good discussions nishan at the same time make more money.. Happy using mylot :-)
