most stress free thing?

i know that we all have stress in our life at one point or the other and i like to take my mind off of my stress just as everyone else does, and i was just wondering about all of you, with me i will listen to music or either go for a walk or something like that, and i was just wondering about all of you, what is the most stress free thing that you do that will take your stress away or has no stress attatched to it? i want to thank you for taking the time out of your day to come by and read and review my discussion, and hopefully answer, i hope that you all have had a great week and that you have a happy and safe evening and weekend, thanks again for taking the time to come by!

Hmm, I would have to give you 2 answers to this one---when I'm stressed, I either sleep or read a book. I think I do these things since for me, these are the best escapes for me --
thank goodness that I don't have any problems in falling asleep (hehe I do need help in keeping myself awake!) & by getting some shut eye, I can just escape for the troubles worrying me, even just for a while, as well as energize myself, which is a great way to recuperate from stress...
& reading also does wonders for me, since I can just escape through the books that I read and just immerse myself in an entirely different world....thanks for this very intersting discussion! Enjoy your day now & have a stress-free one at that!

I find several things help me relax. I enjoy listening to music, reading and smoothing my dog. The best way I find to relax is to go for a swim. I find the exercise really relaxing. Thanks for an interesting discussion.

For me the most stress free thing is curling up in a comfortable chair and read a book, listening to my favourite music, sit alone and think of the best times of my life and sometimes watching TV. These days, myLotting has been added to one of my stress relief activities. Happy myLotting............

Whenever I feel stressed or troubled there is nothing more I look forward to than to come home to my wife and give her (or rather take) a warm big hug, and if that doesn't work then I can always lie on her lap and tell her about my problems and the rough day I have had, everything seems much better after that.

There is a few things I can do for a stress free hour or so.
Playing with my grandchildren and listening to them laugh is always something that not only is stress free but it helps release the stress and never fails to just warm my heart.
Going for a walk or going to the beach with family is another one. Reading is another one and so is being held by my husband.
All the above make me feel warm and stress free.

Hello jhl. Yeah, stress visits everyone in our life. Everyone has his own way to deal with stress. As to me, I usually take a walk somewhere I can be bothered by nobody. A quiet place is usually a good way to make me feel better or surfing online is also helpful to remove the stress from work and life.

hi jhl930 the most stress free thing that I do is to sit b ack, put on myheadphones and listen to classical music, mostly Mozart. I let it flow through me and a round me, and listen to the elegant beautiful tones . Iam soothed, I envision gentle winds, swaying trees, green grass a peaceful meadow with a deer grazing.I feel at peace and seren again. I am renewed by this beautiful lush music. It always works for me. try it sometime.

I like to sit down in my front room after the kids are in bed with a snack or two and watch some good tv in my warm dressing gown with lit candles.

the most stress free thing is undoubtly sleeping.if we are in a sound sleep we will be in a relieved situations.there will not be any stress in our mind.
i usually do to sleep and take a cool shower after that for stress relief.
the other things i do for stress relief are listnening to my most favourite music with some cup of coffee,watching a good movie and of course going to beaches with my friends and sharing our streeses with them.

I usually go running whenever i feel depressed or have stress, it is really a way for me to pour out all the unhappy things ,making me feel better.i think stress can be removed by some physical exercise.have a try,my friend.and have a good day.
