If someone rings me and they realise they have rung the wrong number and they apologise I always say 'Thats OK. I had to answer the phone anyway' I get a lot of people laughing but some of them seem very puzzled.

wanderer086 The greyhound must have realised that you were a doggy person and he could trust you. Animals seem to know. Our greyhound was frightened of everything when we first had him but he seemed to realise that we could be trusted.
