Well, I don't believe in Jesus as being supernatural - I believe he did live and was a leader during his time. I do not believe he is the only way or that the bible is the whole truth.
With that said though, I believe that whatever religion (or no religion) that one chooses should be respected.

I also believe that each person should be respected. I also believe Christians should be actually showing God in their lives and not just spouting a bunch of words. I believe you are no doubt an intelligent person and if you could actually see God's power at work in another person then you just might believe a little different. Personally I believe it can be down right dangerous to take man's word for very much of anything today. I always did say, "Don't tell me, Show me". If we Christians did a lot more showing and a lot less telling we just might be able to build a better world.

PS: I don't believe Jesus was supernatural either. I believe He was a flesh and blood man just like I am. I believe Jesus was God's living example to all mankind of just how much He can do with any man, woman or child. One of God's first rules is He will not control man in any way without their permission. I believe the way Jesus was conceived and born gave God a way around this where he could have some control over Jesus. After all Jesus was God's own Son and that would have given Him the right to control Jesus. The Bible makes no mention of Jesus having any personal contact with God until the day He was Baptized at about 30 years old. Yes I do respect the way you feel because I understand why you feel that way.
