It was said that you should sleep at around 7 - 9 hours. I usually sleep without disturbance for 9 hours or more. I hate waking up tired.

I believe I sleep about six hours a day. Sometimes I cannot sleep at all and I try to meditate during this time. I usually get sleepy after a while. Cheers!!

In weekdays, I can only get an average of 6 hours sleep while I am having up to 10 hours sleep on weekends. I believe that every individual must get a proper sleep because lacks of it can have great effect on their health. If I cannot get a proper sleep, I've noticed I am more irritated and can get head ache easily.
