I have a recipe for veggie/cheese soup which is only one point per cup. You take either a bag of broccoli, califlower, and carrots mix, or whatever veggies you like and cook them in 2 cans of chicken broth until they are tender. I usually cook them about 50 minutes because I don't like them crunchy at all. Then you take 5 oz of lite velveeta cheese and mix it until melted in. That's all...you can season to taste. It is 1 pt for 1 cup. I usually eat it for lunch with some popcorn~ 1 pt/1 cup too. I may also eat it with some ham rolled up or turkey rolled up...2 oz is 2 pts.
