How long does it take for your back to ache in front of your computer?

I guess I would be the wrong person to ask because I am on my computer from 8 am to 10 pm everyday, I work online in addition to what I do on mylot. I am trying to get more money in on mylot just to see if I will ever reach the payout. I have been here a long time and I enjoy talking to everyone.

Oh well.I think when I sit for more than 8 hrs.But if I have a good comfortable chair then I have no problems.

You have to stretch one in a while. It is okay if you stay longer in front of computer, as long as you have time to stand up and stretch for 2-5minutes. That will help to ease the pain. What makes your back ache sometimes is the way you sit. Stretching will do help. :)

good for me that i don't experience back pains after spending long long hours in front of the computer. my back only aches if the weather is too cold, or if the air condition was directly pointed on my back. this conditions are caused by my scoliosis. i take arcoxia, 120mg for pain if it is already unbearable. but if i can still stand it, i don't take anything for pain. plus, in order to avoid curvatures in the spine, you must use orthodontic mattress like the one i use and its really helpful.

I never have back pain when im using myLot. Because its so interesting to work on myLot that I never feel tired. I work on my computer about 5-6 hrs. but I never feel tired. As u said that u get tired when using myLot and have back pain I can advice you to take some rest between posts. Because its a fact that every person get tired after a long work. So it is advised that you should take some rest. I also advise that you should use anti glare screen for safety of your eyes. I hope you also love to make response on myLot.

3 to 5 nonstop hours in front of the computer is a long time. You should be stretching and standing up at least every half hour or so. Usually it takes me about an hour and a half before my back starts to hurt, but I try not to spend so much time at the computer.
