I'm usually Moderate, but leaning more and more conservative..
[1] partial birth 'abortion'-not really 'abortion' as babe is half born
[2] embryonic stem cell research has delivered no benefits, but reaps more $- is more profitable
[3] i think radical jihadists are very serious folk + there's recruitments in nations and prisons-need to defeat the terrorists acting in Iraq, or they will be very heartened and encouraged [why have we been hexing that war and overthrow?]

I'm a registered Republican but terribly sorry I am affiliated with them at the moment.
Next time I register in December I declaring undecided!
I've been nothing but harrassed by the Republican Party for money. They call me weekly. As if they need it.

LOL! Actually, the Dems do the same thing, and I know because I used to do fundraising for the DNC & DCCC. But they need it a little more, I think. They don't tend to get as much corporate/big business financial support.
Just remember that what you register as does make a difference when it comes to primary elections. Personally, I lean closer to the Libertarian party than anything, but I'm a registered Democrat just so I can vote in the primaries.

I vote for the best candidate, not the political party. The reality is, there's no difference between Democrats and Republicans and voting for a 3rd party is essentially a wasted vote.

I hear where your coming from. Are there any specific platform issues that sway your vote?

I'd be interested to which issues/platform ideas that encourage your affiliation. :)

I am neither because I come from Canada. But in Canada, the parties in power are the liberals, conservatives, and the NDP. I am in support of the liberals more, because the conservatives support the rich, and the NDP support the poor, and liberal lies somewhere in the middle.
