I know most of you have said it more than once to the people you love.
Cameron Diaz's Character told her fiance that when you love someone you should say it, or else it just passes you by.
My exboyfriend once told me that it doesn't matter how many times he told me he loved me, because bottom line is he loves me. His i love yous got fewer and fewer, until the day we broke up. :(
My current boyfriend, can't stop saying that he loves me, which is really flattering. Sometimes when we only have a minute left (long distance) on the phone, he spends 30 seconds to say his i love yous, and its been two years, he still does it. I do it too... haha..
I know saying i love you is not the real basis to measure how much someone loves you. But I guess it helps a lot, when you say it to express how you feel.

Well it depends on who you say it to. every time i speak on phone to my daughter when we hang up i always say love you.
if you are talking about in a relationship then i think it is an over abused phrase and with some people it lacks the true meaning and feeling because it becomes just a word.
if you say it then say it with your heart not your head. saying it more than once in a conversation does not make it mean more and saying it once does not make it mean less. use it wisely do not over us it and above all mean it when you say it.

of course we should say it with feelings, coming from the heart and not the mind. We should not feel obliged to say i love you. that's bad...

when my boyfriend annoys me and my voice is getting loud, he sauddenly says I love you, and he says it in an emo way. Like he misses me so much and he's happy to talk with me. Even hearing me annoyed makes him happy.
