Can money buy you happiness?

Money can make you buy things you want , this kind of happiness is actually satisfaction. Fulfilling ambitions give you satisfactions. This also applies to having power and control over others. I am afraid of this kind of happiness would only last for a short time as your ambition will grow by human nature. You can never find the pure happiness from money. I didn't say getting rich is a bad thing, though.

You won't have the strength to laugh and smile if your family and you have an empty stomach.

Money can buy me the things that i want and the things that i need but money can not buy me happiness, well the happiness that i am looking for. coz there are things that money just cant buy because of the things that has happened that you can't bring back or change the course of time and change the history. do you get what i mean? :) happy myLoting :)

Well, while making extra money doesn't in itself bring happiness, the fact that the money itself helps ease some self-imposed burdens as well as stress, I long ago concluded that money is a necessary evil.

I don't think money alone could make me happy. I think that a bit more money right now would let me calm down a bit, since I'm worried about paying for my last two years of college and for getting a job after college, especially if I end up staying in my college town, where the cost of living is very high.
