As I'm sure many writers are aware, there is an online publishing site called Triond. Writers join and submit articles, then earn a monthly commission from their work. What many people aren't aware of, is that you can also submit photos, videos, and audio clips to Triond! I currently submit articles, photos, videos and audio. Of all the content I submit, my photos make the most money! Articles make more money per pageview than photos do, but I get more pageviews on my photos so they end up earning a lot more than my articles. So if you want an easy way to make money with your photographs, this is definitely a site I would recommend! They pay on the 15th of each month via PayPal, and you only need to have $0.50 in your account to receive a payout! Besides submitting photos, I like to write articles about photography as well! This site definitely provides photographers with a lot of opportunities to earn money! The way it works is that you sign up for free, and submit your work. Then your work is reviewed. The review is basically just to make sure your content is acceptable for the site (no offensive content) and to make sure you didn't just steal a photo off the internet and submit it. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to one day for your photos to be reviewed, so they get put up on the website pretty quickly. Then when they publish your photo on the web, they put advertising on the page. That is how they make their money. Then whatever money the website received from advertising on the pages with your photos, they split with you 50/50. So you make half of whatever they make with the advertising next to your photos. (Articles earn more advertising money than photos, which is why you get paid more per pageview with an article than a photo. But photos tend to generate a lot more pageviews than articles, so it is very easy to make more money with photos.)
