I think it's perseverance. It means steady persistence in adhering to a course of action, a belief, or a purpose; steadfastness. For me it means doing everything sane and legal thing possible to reach your goals. I think a good student will have a passion for study and life, willing to help others, be able to solve hard problems. Also, he/she must be smart...

first the student must have good attitude , must punctual and practise to be early for any classes or meeting , aggressive , will to learn , respect their lecturer or professor , hardworking and many more

every student must have self-confidence, willingness to learn, hard work and last but not least sincerity about his/her work.
