About once every two weeks I get my craving for some chinese takeout. My favorite would be the beef and broccoli combination platter. I also like the steamed dumplings, oh so good! What do you like the best?

I've never had sweet and sour chicken balls but I've had sweet and sour chicken with veggies. Sounds delicious.

I'm a fan of twice-cooked pork. It's a dish not all Chinese places offer on the menu but that every one of them knows how to make. It's spicy and sweet and loaded with crisp veggies. I like to have that with a SMALL side of white rice and some steamed dumplings. Good eats, them. At close second would be beef with broccoli but it's hard to find a place that knows when to stop cooking the broccoli. Most of the time it's mush.

I've never heard of twice-cooked pork. I'm sure I would love it though. Is it wrapped in a wanton? I agree about the broccoli - some places do make it mushy.
