I am definitely addicted to coffee. I usually drink about 3-4 cups a day. I really didn't think I was addicted until fairly recently. I was on a health kick and decided to cut out coffee and soda. Well, I got a terrible headache at work from not drinking coffee, it was so bad that I ended up taking a sick day. Once I got home, it persisted until I finally gave in and had some coffee - made the rest of my day much better!

Yeah, I am a coffee lover, I drink one cup of coffee every day. I didn't notice it, until one day I ran out of coffee in my house! At this time, I know drinking coffee becomes my habbit. I think, if you drink properly, avoid too strong or to much coffee, it is good for your health. My favorite coffee is: half mild half coffee..haha with some wipped cream onto it. Becides, I make coffee by myself...It is weird I always feel stomache after having a latte from Starbucks, I guess I cannot have too strong cofee. Just have a mild taste.

I like coffee but I don't think I am at all addicted to coffee. I can go without coffee but I would prefer to have coffee especially in the morning. Cheers!!

I love coffee. It seems to be my favourite drink all time. I think starbucks and coffee bean are the best. i guess black coffee itself also keeps me awake all time. Its just a habit of drinking. But too much intake of coffee isnt good for health.

A withdrawal headache is a pretty sure sign of a caffeine addiction. Aspirin can be helpful in clearing those up, if you need to take a break from drinking coffee. I'd imagine you could be addicted to worse, however....
