It is recommended by dentists and hygienists to replace your tooth brush every 3 months or 90 days.
But I don't remember when I start to use them and I will replace them when I think it should replace and I really replace tooth brush every 3 months.
And you, How often do you replace your toothbrush?

Hi pimagro24! I don't replace my toothbrush that often either.. I think that I replace it when I feel like there is something wrong with it or the fiber seems to be damaged..

I am using a brand that more dentists use worldwide. lol... that's their slogan. I am actually using a toothbrush with indicator bristles where the blue indicator bristles fade halfway so you know when to replace your brush. So I think I am changing my toothbrush every three months. Those blue indicator bristles helps a lot really.

I change my toothbrush about every two months. I just think it is good hygiene to do so.

I admit, I don't replace my toothbrush as often as I should. I probably only have 2 toothbrushes throughout the year. I just wait until I notice the bristles being bad or hurts my gums because I never pay attantion to how long I have my toothbrush.

Definitely do not change mine that often. I have a way of not waring things out apparently. I brush twice a day, very thoroughly, but I do not change my brush more than a couple of times a year. I figure, I can wash the thing fine, why through it out if it is not worn out yet? I don't know why they say to do that. Are we not immune to our own germs? Not being exposed to enough germs can actually weaken your immune system, it gets out of shape just like the rest of you. Maybe they just think we ware them out that fast? Or maybe they got paid by those people who give them the samples to say that, sort of a marketing strategy to get people to buy more toothbrushes than they otherwise would.

I don't even brush my teeth! This time I replaced within three months, but before it took a year before I replaced the brush. It smelled like cockroach after 2 months so I got rid of it, and my girlfriend gave me a toothbrush as one of her gifts, and that was a month after, so 3 months.

I replace my brush every two months. We should regularly replace our toothbrush for hygienic reasons. Some people still use their toothbrush even if it is already a year old! for God's sake. How can they take using that.
