Is it possible to have your computer automatically save your work every so often?
Hi. I'm working on some important stuff on Microsoft Word and I really hate it when I get stuck into it and then I have to remind myself to save it every so often. Is there a way of getting my computer to save my work every half hour or 15 minutes without me having to do much? thank you

There's a function in Tools Options Save (don't have MS with me now so can't check) that you can use for MS Word to auto save your work. This goes too for other Office Tools too, I believe. Hope that helps!

You can set up your computer to save automatically at intervals of your choice. It saves to a temporary file I think. just in case you forget to save your work regularly.

Microsoft Office has a built-in function for auto save. By default it will save all your work automatically after at certain periods. Just check it with microsoft support. I am using Office and it automatically save my work at certain time. Of course I may lost some work. It will remind you after you reopened office. Anyway it is better to make a habit of saving by just pressing Ctrl+s. It wont take that much time.
