naokokensaku A quick search on Google shows that this is actually a spam/malware email. Don't open it or run the attachment within if you don't want to lose access to your computer.

naokokensaku It would really depend on what you intend to use the laptop for. If it's general work, then perhaps a Macbook might be a good choice, but if you intend to do heavy video processing or play games in general go with the Alienware.

naokokensaku What printer and operating system are you running? It sounds quite odd that your printer can't do PDFs. Have you tried to uninstall your printer drivers and reinstall them?
