I have a bunch of PDF files and I need to print them off. The problem is I pull-up the files and when I go to print them, the printer print one solid black line and the printer send the paper through without anything else printed on it. I think it's because the printer cannot print PDF files. Please provide any ideas I might try. Thank you in advance.

What printer and operating system are you running? It sounds quite odd that your printer can't do PDFs. Have you tried to uninstall your printer drivers and reinstall them?

Windows 2010 and the printer is a canon. I was reading the canon manual and it mention window and mac only. That's why I was thinking it was the PDF files. I will try your suggestion to uninstall and reinstall. Thank you

Good luck! You might also want to check whatever it is you're using to see your PDF; apparently there were some Adobe reader updates that could cause this problem.

Windows 2010?! Do you mean Windows 7? Does your printer work with everything else?
