How Do You Like Your Potato?

I like potatoes just about any way you can serve them up. My favorite way is my grandma's fried potatoes. She used half oil and half margarine and pan fried them. They were always my favorite side dish that she made when I would go there as a kid. I will sometimes make them to go with dinner now. My kids love them that way too.

I love potatoes! I love them as french fries, home made country fries, cut up and fried in a skillet w/ onions + butter, or just plain baked w/ butter+sourcream+ salsa & of course salt and pepper.

I Love potato Chips, and Potato Sallan (Urdu word we usually cook in Pakistan, India, and some Asian countries). I also like mashed, i like them in noodles as well. and mostly i love to eat them with some of chinesse dishes.

I love potatoes any way I can get them! I love them mashed with lots of milk and butter. I like them sliced and fried up with onions. I like them baked and with salt, butter, and sour cream. I love scalloped potatoes and potatoes au gratin. I love potato cheese soup, fried potatoes, french fries, and boiled potatoes with butter on top. I like all sorts of potatoes,mashed fried baked, french fries. You can't go wrong with mashed potatoes thou. With a little sour cream mixed into. Yummy.

I like potato anyway it is cooked. But there's one I've tried - cherry potatoes. Steam the potatoes, then saute garlic in butter, add the the steamed potato, then add some chopped parsley..it's done! Then dip them into mayonnaise with chopped parsley and a dash of pepper. Yummy! Happy eating!

I like them sliced, not like fries but the other way cut so there long and2 of them will have skins on them , I like that fried with onnions butter and mushrooms!
