Hello Pinoy Mylotters! I just had a my lunch earlier and the dish was Kang-kong. Do you guys like eating kang-kong? What kind of kang-kong dish do you lik? I like to eat adobong kang-kong, that one of my mom. She cooks it very special. She would cook it with sesame oil, add garlic, onion, black pepper, and "giniling na baka." It is so delicious. How about you guys? Do you like eating kang-kong? What kind of kang-kong dish do you like? Thanks for viewing. Happy posting!!

I love Kang Kong in my Sinigang. It tastes really good in the Sinigang soup. I also like spicy Kang Kong Thai Style. There's a Thai restaurant that serves spicy Kang Kong and it's really good. I also enjoy crispy Kang Kong as long as there's not too much batter that overpowers the flavor of the Kang Kong.

Kangkong! Yes I do love the crispy kangkong which I always order from ChowKing. And I also do cook that same dish at home whenever I have the time. I love KangKong as well in my Sinigang and the adobong Kangkong I also like a lot. Kangkong...that lowly Kangkong is very nutritious...very rich in Vitamin A. I can eat with plain Kangkong as my dish. I don't need meat to go with it. Just plain kangkong with soy sauce and vinegard deep is hmmmmm... good enough for me. That is how simple my eating habit is!

yes!! very much..i love it.. kangkong leaves are really very delicious whether adobo or fried. yeah, i have eaten fried kangkong in cafe laguna, they coat it with egg and fry it one by one..then there is a dip for it which is really very tasty! yum yum!! i cooked adobong kangkong last weekend at home and it was very delicious. what i like about it is the light feeling that you get after eating, you dont feel so bloated even if you eat a lot of kangkong. it's chewy too. i just love how it taste!

I do! I do! I love those they serve in chowking, the steamed kangkong served with "bagoong" (similar to anchovy paste in terms of taste and smell.) Yum yum! That's what I usually order in chowking. I also love adobong kangkong made by my mother. The specially distinct sour taste of vinegar with the salty taste of the soy sauce. Even without meat, it does taste great! Happy eating... hehehe.

Kang kong is good for the health. I love eating kangkong no matter how it is cooked. The most common way of cooking kangkong is Adobo. I love eating adobong kangkong or with ground beef. My mom usually put kangkong in her fish dish. With the high price of food today, kangkong and malunggay are great source of nutrition.

AltheGreat2430,
As a seasoned traveler, I had eaten this vegetable prepared in many styles steamboat, barbecue and stir fried. However, I particularly like them in the following manner.
1. Stir fried with garlic, shrimp paste (belachan) and chilli. (Malay style)
2. Stir fried with Fish sauce, chilli and garlic. (Thai Style)
3. Stir fried with oyster sauce, garlic and ginger. (Hongkong style)
4. Stir fried with dried shrimp composite (composite consist of grounded dried shrimps, small onions, chilli, sugar and pork fats) (Singapore style)
You may want to try them out as above.
Have a nice treat and bon appettit.

Hello althegreat, yes I love eating kangkong, I like whatever kangkong dish available. I like pork, beef or fish sinigang dish with kangkong, I like kangkong with bagoong, I love adobong kangkong, nilagang kangkong. Kangkong is very nutritious food, since it is green-leafy vegetable so we can get nutrients from them such as iron.
