How do you feel when someone posts some links in your discussion???

Hi everyone. This has happened to me several times. Lol. A discussion will be going on very well and some new member will post some link on it. The next day, I will not be able to see that discussion. I will really get disappointed. If anyone posts any links, I will say them not to repeat the same in other discussions. Other than that we can't actually do anything. Lol. What will you people do???

Some do not know it's not allowed, especially the newbies... It used to be annoying previously as the whole discussion would get deleted and everyone would lose teir earnings for their contributions but now, it's the particular comment that gets deleted so I don't pay much attention to it

I was telling about posting referral links. And posting links like this is also against the rules. This link has nothing to do with this discussion. Don't post unrelated links.

I do not appreciate when someone posts a link in my discussion. If the link is actually related to the topic of the discussion, then it is OK, otherwise, I just do not like to open and see the link.

Many are not just reading the rules here. People who have read the rules will definitely obey it. I don't understand why people joining any site are not reading the rules and regulations of that site. Lol. Lets hope that they are reading that. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

I realy hate referal links posted as response on my discussions, for, for sure it will be deleted, thats why I do not post in money related interest, since it is most likely the interest with a lot of referal links posted on it by some newbies and other users here in myLot who does'nt read first the guidelines. Most users here in myLot are also members of other sites that also pays them by refering somebody to sign in under their names, so we can't just control them since most of us here are trying to earn some extra cash, unless otherwise control by the site administrator.

Ya you are right. Even I hate posting in make more money interest. I thought of opening this discussion only in mylot interest. But made a mistake in choosing. Lol. When we are starting a discussion, we have to add a note saying not to post any links here. That would help us better. Lol. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

Yes. I do agree with you so much. Everything should be done well in conformity with its principles and rules, just as internet like that. Sometimes the link does not make much sense for all of us, so we should read and preserve the discussions carefully but not make a link, since others can not read it still. If so, maybe it will have a bad influence on the wibesite, someone would like to have all the information for sure as it is so significant , but there doesnt exist any information there, they will feel disappointed so much, afer that they probably dont log on that wibesite once again even though it is recovered.

well what discussions did mylot delete? I doubt mylot would delete discussions because someone posts referral links mylot would delete the response itself, the one that has the link but if mylot delete the whole discussion that doesn't break TOS then you should ask them about it either that or you can decide to report the response that has referral link so that way mylot might delete the response only, not the whole discussion

I don't remember the discussion. But it has happened to me. I have had my discussion deleted. Only now I know that mylot will delete the particular response. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

I am just asking about posting the referral links unnecessarily in our discussion which will cause our discussion to be deleted. Informative links are always appreciated in mylot. Referral links are just banned.

Hi, I like very much links in discussions. It really makes life much easier. I know, affiliate links are nono here. So I mean - all other quality links. Quality Links - is JUST the information, I'm always MOST interested. And it's very annoying, always read the same sentence: "send me a PM, then I show you a link". I usually don't have a time for that. Cheers

Informative links are definitely appreciated. But the referral links will make our discussion to get deleted. Thats why people will ask you to PM them. Otherwise they will ask you to just look at the banners in the profile. This is to keep mylot clean. Lol. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

I think that I should mentioned clearly about what link I am talking about. i am talking about the referral links being posted. That will cause our discussion to be deleted. I think you didn't read the description part. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

Once my post was selected as the best response but when I tried checkin that it was no more available..I did not know the reason.. Just now I found out the reason.. Thanks for the reason and I felt so irritated about that.. It has not happened to my discussions.

Mylot doesn't have time to send an intimation about the deleted discussion. If it starts to sent, then the whole day they will have to do only that thing. Lol. So if a discussion is meaning, then either we must have violated the rules or some others who posted must have done that. Without reason mylot doesn't delete. All the best. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.

As long as they don't post the referral links or direct promotion to the site, your discussion won't be deleted. I post a link before without referral, the admin didn't delete them

I think all of us have experienced this at some time or the other. And there is nothing absolutely that we can do about this. We have to just watch our discussions disappear...that is all.

I think this is just mean and they should stop. I lost 1 discussion and lost also 2 level ranks in the making money interest - from the 3000th position i am now in the 5000+ position. I don't think it's fair and i wish that the myLot staff would change something in their policy to only delete the poster's response not the whole discussion - i mean why should i be punished for other people's mistakes, right ?

Ya thats too bad actually. Our rating is also getting reduced because of this. But its not actually possible to just note the one person who is posting and deleting that one post. It would be a tough job for the mylot people. Lets just add a note at the end of our discussion saying not to post any links. Lol.

So far, I have not encountered it yet but I think it is very unfair for the one who started the discussion to suffer the consequences just because somebody violated the rules of Mylot.

Not only the one who started, but to all the others who responded there. Their earnings will also be affected because of that. Happy to have your response. Happy mylotting.
