My best friend and I were talking about this last night, and I would like to know from you as well....
How many kids do you have? Do you want any more or are you happy with what you have?
I have 2 kids of my own (a 3 year old daughter and a 4 year old son) and 2 step kids as well (a 7 year old girl and an 8 year old boy). I love being a mommy, and I would absolutely LOVE to have more kids, but my husband and I talked about it and we just can't afford any more.
what about you?

I have two children, a boy 9 and a girl 14. I would love another child with my new husband. He has one son 19 from a previous marriage. His ex told him only one child and demanded he get fixed. 3 months later she turned up pregnant....hence the divorce! He got his vasectomy reversed right away. The doctors say there is a 75 percent chance he can have another child...better than I thought. I am 33 and he is 41 and we have been trying for 2 months...so far no success....but we are hoping!

I have two daughters, 15 and 12. When my second daughter was born I developed fibromyalgia. My husband said there was no way I could handle anymore kids and he went under the knife. I really would have liked a third child. When I was younger I always wanted a big family. But now that I am a soccer mom I don't know how I would be able to handle more than the two kids I have - both physically and financially. And my girls are lucky that they have their own bedrooms, don't have to share. And they don't have to fight for attention over me like more kids would have to do. I still wish I had a bigger family for later, more grandchildren, etc. But I am content with the family I have now.

I have 4 children of my own. 3 boys ages 19, 16, and 14, and a girl age 8. I would probably have had at least one more child, but I had to have a hyseterctomy after my daughter was born. Now that she is 8, I have no desire to have another child, but when she was little, I really wanted another baby that would be closer to her age.

I have five children. I have four boys who are aged 17,15,7 and the baby of the family who is 2. Then i have my only daughter who is 11 going on 21 LOL.
We are happy with five children. We will not be having any more as my partner has now had a vasectomy to make sure there is not any more children.

I have one kid right now- who will turn 6 in March. I would love to have more kids in the future- but right now, she's all I need. She wants a baby brother, but it's not possible since i'm a single mother. I've told her that she'll have to wait. So as of right now, she carries around this baby doll and pretends it's her baby brother. Since the economy is so rough right now, I can't afford another one anyways. I like it just being me and her. I get to devote my full attention to her whereas if I had another kid, one of them might get upset that I was paying more attention to their sibling. Believe me, I went through that.

I had a baby I gave up for adoption. That was the only child I was to have naturally. When I married, and tried, and had a miscarriage plus some early miscarriages in the first month, we adopted two baby boys. We wanted more, but because I had had a baby before and I was former bad girl, and because I was too concerned with morals (they wanted me not to care if I got a daughter and she decided to live a wild life I would just brush it off and they were sort of against Christians even them) we could not adopt any more. I do wish that I could have gotten at least four more.

Well from reading this discussion we have a very large family compared to others here. We have 7 kids, 8 if you count our granddaughter we have. Do I want more? NO! I love them but we dont want more! The ages are, 24(F), 23(M), 20(F), 17(F), 17(F), 16(F), 13(M), and then there is our granddaughter that is 21 months old. Living with us is one of the 17 year olds, 16, 13, 21 month old and 10 month old granddaughter.
I had always wanted at least 4 but got a few more and that was fine.

I have 2 kids. Personally I don't want anymore. I wouldn't doubt that it has something to do with my miscarriage a few years ago. Plus, my two are a handful as it is.
My husband on the other hand wants us to have one more...a girl. Since we have 2 boys, he wants us to have a daughter. I have agreed (although reluctantly) to try, so we shall see what happens...

I have two kids I have a boy who will turn 13 next summer and I have a 5 year old little girl who just started Kindergarten this year. I am happy with the two I have I don't want any more kids. I do love babies though they are so fun that is why I took a job working in the childwatch of my local YMCA I get to take care of babies but then I can send them home and not be up all night with a crying baby.

I have two children of my own. My son is 26 and my daughter is 16. My hubby has three children from a previous marriage. A 27 year old daughter, a 25 year old daughter and a 22 year old son. My 25 year old step-daughter has a 4 year old daughter. I definitely do not want to have anymore children of my own. I'm 45 years old. It's time to enjoy grandchildren now!

I would love to have a hundred kids around me, but would need help to look after them. Moreover I don't have the finance to do so. I have two grown sons. It takes a lot for me to look after them, as I am a single mother.

If I were able to I would just keep having children forever! Ok, not really forever, but I love being pregnant and I love being a mom. Right now I have 3 children, 2 boys and a baby girl. My boys are 4 years old and 2 years old and my daughter is 7 months old. They are so much fun. I would really like to have 1 more, but my husband and I are undecided about that right now. I have had all 3 of my children by cesarean section, so if we have another it will also be born that way and because of that would absolutely be the last one we had. The risks of complications get higher with each c-section.

hello britany_renee,
When we got married, we agreed to have four children. But when my wife gave birth to our third, we decided to stop. The main reason is the age gap, for our first and second has two years gap while the second and third has only one. Kind of so hard to take care of them and so expensive. If we have another one more, the expenses will kill us even more. For we're still renting that time, not until we have our third child. After my wife gave birth to our third, she has her ligation.
It's the best decision and we're so happy for what we have. Now, our eldest is in first year college taking up Nursing, second one in third year high school and the youngest in second year high school.

For the moment I'm single, but when I would get married , I will try to get the maximum number of kids (between 2-3 lol) So I can play with them all ,and hang them all, I love children so mutch ..
Kids are the flower of couples who have them , they are their levures , their air ..
I think that children are the best thing in the life of a married one , so why not get more of them ?? it will be so mutch fun ..
