mykidsmom I cook dinner every night. I prepare every meal 3 times a day. It may not be cooked like ceral for breakfast or a sandwich for lunch. But I do not buy pre cooked food. It is not very good for you!!

mykidsmom YOu should limit it. One coke a day is not going to hurt anything. I have read that it is VERY important to be careful in your first trimester. Too much caffiene can cause a miscarriage. If you can stay away then I would.
