Since I was raised in the deep south I would almost say Scarlett O'Hara from "Gone with the Wind" just for her spunk. But I really would choose either Helen Keller or Annie Sullivan from the "Miracle Worker". I loved both the story which I read as a kid. I thought the strength of Annie Sullivan to teach Helen and the way Helen Keller was able to learn and become such an important person in the world.

Well, it is a very good thing for me that I wrote an autobiography, or I would hardly know how to respond here. But as I did it is possible to say that I would choose to be myself! Absolutely! Why would I want to be anyone else?

When I was young, I would want to be every hero in every book I read. I always identify with the heroic character and don't like to be the villain. I guess this is quite universal. These days I am more realistic and regard each book and each story as that, just a story. Cheers!!

i misunderstood the question but the comments r true. I would like to be the wizard in the wizard of oz cuz it doesnt matter if u have the power to give them what they want but u show them the way to have what they want and help them.

I would have to choose Bella Swan from the Twilight series. She's gets Edward. Who wouldn't want to be her. For a less obvious choice, though, I would have to pick Stephanie Plum from Janet Evanovich's plum novels. Her life is a disaster but everything always seems to work for her and she always catches the bad guy no matter how many cars she has blown up or how many times she gets shot at!

i would be the beast in the bbeauty and the beast cuz he tries to shut out people cuz of the way he looks and people feel that sometimes they have lock themselves away so they dont have to feel the pain of what people do sometimes that really hurts and they dont really care as long as they get what thney want. I know ive made plenty of mistakes my whole life, but not ever have i not help anyone i could if i had it to give. So yeah i gave up my childhood to help my family not knowing i messed up by not having more friends or any relationships and that is what has actually messed up my thinking and my apprehensive way of thinking i have to cling to something the thought of failure is always there and it scares the hell out of me and that aint no lie.

Well, I recently read a book called "The Sterile Cuckoo" and maybe you have heard of it because it was made into a movie a long time ago. Well, I saw the movie too, but I didn't like the movie as much. But in the book, the main character is a lot like me in many ways, only some dude falls in love with her. See, I would say her, but I don't want to experience the ending of the book! I would also like to be Ramona Quimby, who you have probably heard of, in Beverly Cleary's books. She's a lot like me when I was younger, and I had a lot of great times when I was a little kid.
