Fun with my daughter

My daughter is 14 and we love going to Body Combat together. It is just the best class in the world and we have such fun.
Has anyone else tried Body Combat?

I have never heard of Body Combat. Is it a game or a form of exercise? My daughter is 8 and I am always trying to think of things that we can do togehter that we will both enjoy and if it is a form of exercise it is great.

That's wonderful and lots of fun kids always love that game. My son is too young for it, he is just started to walk a few steps. But im looking forward for the day that we can play together like combat and hide and seek. Im sure we gonna have lots of fun too just like you. Happy posting.
