cablack333 10 pounds per week is amazing. If I could do that I would be at the weight I want to be in four weeks. Did you feel tired at all when following this diet. I find that is one of my biggest problems becuase it just make me crave chocolate. Well done, keep up...

My daughter is 14 and we love going to Body Combat together. It is just the best class in the world and we have such fun. Has anyone else tried Body Combat?
