I usually drink ginseng. How about you? We always buy a box of it and inside the box there are several sachets. I try to drink two sachets per day. Im also interested drinking other kinds. Aside from ginseng, I also drink ginger ale or salabat in the philippines. They say it can improve your vocals to fit singing. I wonder what if when Im young I drink a lot of it, will I have a beautiful voice? I used to drink tea ever since I was little but I avoid ginger ale(strong flavor). another tea I drink is black tea(camilia sinensis) and I always wonder what is the taste of green tea and oolong. Anyone here please share your thoughts here and suggest your best tea.

Hi! I used to put sugar in my tea but I quit. As for the milk, I never tried drinking a milk tea before but I have heard that the british loves that. I have drink lots of green tea with lemon but I drink the commercially made one. Lemon is only found in our grocery stores. That commercially made green tea also have a variety of flavors aside from lemon and I love the apple one. May I know the difference between chinese and japanese green tea? By the way, thanks for the response.

Oh, they say that the metabolism will be improved by drinking tea and so explains the weight lose. I have heard that the chinese drinks oolong(black dragon-im not sure what specific language). They say its half fermented unlike the black tea of the britich though all these plus the green tea of japan came from camilia sinensis plant(I think its a shrub-as I saw an asian tv series with the priestesses pick its leaves in the rolling hilly lawn.

I like drinking green tea. This is because my father had started to buy it one day and he has been drinking it ever since. At first I thought why on earth did my father like drinking this type of tea? And yet he didn't even add any sugar into it and it makes me more puzzled. Then one day he asked me to taste it while it is still hot. I refused at first but then thought the other way around. Why not? So I tasted it and it was so delicious. It is very aromatic and even if we do not add any sugar to it, it is not bitter like ordinary tea. I feel like drinking another cup of tea afterwards but felt too shy about it. So when I got home I made an effort to buy myself a box of green tea for myself.

Good for you. I hope that you continue drinking tea and may you enjoy other teas as well. Did you know that green tea and other tea from the camilia sinensis have catechins which helps the cardiovascular system. I forgot th details but they say that milk gets in the way so puting milk to tea may provent this aid to happen. As for sugar, if you are fond of refined sugar, here is a bad news. They say that refined sugar is is an empty calorie and it do lots of harm in our body. Liver, heart, kidney, figure, blood, and others are affected by this sugar. They also say that diabetis is apparent to those families who consumes refined sugar and it is absent to those families who eat canes instead.

I like chamomile and peppermint tea best. I am not really a fan of what I call "normal tea." By that I mean tea which you normally put milk and sugar in. I also like lemon and ginger tea. I find it is good for when I have a cold. I also find that chamomile tea is good for when I have period pains.

Thanks for sharing some theraputic qualities of tea. I always drink regular tea and never into something like chamomile. I hope mom will buy some of those so I could taste it. By the way, my parents drink korean ginseng tea and so I try. Its mild and they say that it can aid any ailments(based of lifestyle tv programs). More tea for us!

I am seriously becoming addicted to Chai tea. My cousin introduced me to it and I absolutely love it. It's delicious and calming. I've taken to having a cup every night after my kids go to sleep. If you haven't tried it, you should :)

I love tea. I drink a lot of Green Tea and herbal Peppermint tea. My favorite snack type of tea is Chai tea and I love to drink Chai tea Latte's . I usually make all of this at home and it's very rare that I go out to coffee houses or other types of similar establishments to buy tea's. I love the freedom of making my own hot tea drinks at home and I even collect tea pots. I mostly like to flavor my tea with honey. Chai tea is the only one I add cream or milk to .But I'm willing to try new tea's and during the colder winter season' I buy more various types of tea's.
