Working Alone or as a Group????

well it's quite a tough argument each has it's own set of advantages...working with a group makes you more relaxed, confident and competitive it can also make you complacent or jealous and morever there is the risk of one of you co worker betraying you....working alone you might not get help when you need it the most, you might not get suggestions for figuring out something when your brain fails you morever there will not be anyone by your side to boost your confidence...on the other hand you get liberty to do whatever you want and however you want it to be done no nagging no stupid arguments and no cheating, also alone you get more time to think clearly...that's why I prefer working alone....

I don't like working at all.But if no choice then it will be in a group and that too in which the others are active.I don't like wasting my energy much

I love to do work alone..I feel that the work will done faster when I do it alone..I will not have any disturbance..But it also depends on many other factors. If the work needed help from others or if it could be done only as a group, then I would proceed as a group.

I like working by myself. I work with a lot of people at my work but they all do different things I'm the only one that does housekeeping so I do my own stuff.

i am fine with both. if i am looking at high productivity and quality work, i would prefer to work alone as my thoughts and ideas are form easier than in a group. working in a group tend to be less prodcutive as members would side talk and there would be more distraction and disruption to work. however, working in a group is definitely more fun than working alone and time would past faster compared to working alone

I work alone I think I have a hard time working with groups. I tend to manipulate and dominate and act out as the leader which sometimes offend the true leader of the group. I also prefer working alone, that is the reason why I am not hiring household help even though I have 3 kids and a house to attend to.

it really depends on what task i am doing.if task requires teamwork, then i can work as in the team, and i enjoy working with other people around. but when the task requires concentration or some thinking,like posting on a discussion, i prefer to work alone

also,it could change with the character of your work .if some work which i do it is enough ,i want to choose doing it myself because other maybe do helpless.but the fact is there are so much work which are so huge that need lots people complete it by cooperation,in this case ,i love cooperate with other.and communicate with the past master .and i believe that i will improve myself in the group.

Becasue i am a machine engieer and i take charge of mainmancing much motors and valves and so on.So i cant deal with those equipment by myself,i need someone give me a hand ,you see,i can never work alone.So while working also i will belong to a group too.

Well even am like to work in a team rather than being alone. I believe idle mind is devils workshop, so team is always a encouraging and enjoying one.
