Hello vicky. If I listen to radio, it is because I want to listen to news on radio instead of songs or music because I can enjoy more of myself listening to music on my computer, through which I can listen to online music continuously. Now I listen to music while surfing on the Internet. I think that it is fun and relaxing to listen to music. There are so many options to listen to music online.

I listen to both radio and selected songs in my playlist. Although the songs I've added to my playlist are all my favorite songs, but sometimes I like to listen to radio and listen to find some new songs too, so that I can add on some new songs to my playlist.

hello vicky, it's me again. I would rather prefer to listen to the playlist than to listen to radio because in my playlist, I am sure that all the songs that will be played are all my favorite songs when in radio, they played different kind of songs and most of them are only talking not playing a music.

well it entirely depends on my mood.if i am in good mood ,i will keep changing the stations and if i am really in bad mood and upset.i would rather go with my favorite songs in my playlist and keep playing them continously since it would lift up my spirits and mood and a ideal way to enjoy for sure,i recommend it to all to try like this method.it is effective way for relaxation :) :) :)

Thanks for your response. So listening to music depends on your mood. I would listen to the playlist because it plays my favorite song of my choice. Nowadays i do not listen to the radio as i have to keep switching the stations often for my favorite song. I would love a christian radio channel to come here as i would keep listening to it no matter what songs are played.
Enjoy the music and have a nice day.

Recently I've quite enjoyed building playlists on last.fm, I pick a bunch of favourite songs - then based on their recommendations of similar songs and artists I fill up the rest of the playlist with stuff I've not heard before. I've discovered some quite cool things that way :)

I never listen to the radio, because they never play the songs I like.
So, playlists for me. :)

My experience is the reverse. I prefer listening to readio as one cannot be certain what is coming next and it thrills me as compared to my selecting the songs in the playlist.

I hardly ever listen to the radio. I prefer listening to my own playlist of songs.
The only music I listen to on the radio is classical music, but I don't listen to that regularly. I only have it on if I have nothing else to watch or listen to, or to use it as white noise, or if I'm in a car.
Modern American music sounds awful to me, so I don't bother listening to the radio.
Even several years ago when I used to like modern American music, I wouldn't listen to it because they still never played anything I liked. I used to watch & listen to music on music channels on TV because they always seemed to play songs I liked. I found so many new songs I liked on TV. But I no longer care for it, so it's my own playlist for me.
