slanted I guess it depends. If you have the skills to build the site yourself, perhaps alongside your regular job, then you should be able to get something up and running pretty cheaply. You can then start getting some people using it to see if it's actually a project...

slanted I usually fill up my ipod - it's not a very big one, so it only holds a few hundered songs. I'll play that for several months, then remove most of the songs and replace them with new stuff and repeat and repeat and repeat....
