have you ever heard a song that keeps on playing on your mind over and over? they said it's the last song syndrome. whatever song you heard last (probably the last one before you go to sleep?), would be the song that you would keep on humming all throughout the day. did this ever happen to you?
the song that's playing in mind right now is Kenny Roger's Through the Years.... not sure why but maybe this is the last song i heard....when? i am not sure either LOL

This is going to sound rediculous but that free credit report dot com commercial is running through my head. It's the one where the guy has everyone riding the bikes around the circle. F to the R to the E to the E,to the C to the R to the EDIT, RE to the PORT.COM, Come on everybody grab your bike and sing along....It's rediculous! I have tried listening to other catchy tunes and just when I do that commercial comes on and ruins it! ARRRGGGHHH!!

Yes I agree with you about the last song syndrome. Just this morning when I wake up I started to sing a local Malay song which I thought had been sitting in my head even when I was asleep. I felt funny but at the same time fresh and happy because the song had accompanied me to sleep. Waking up and singing made my mood boost up and I feel energetic as ever.
This morning the song was "Sesekali Kurasa Teringin" a song by a local singer Shima. I have forgotten where I had heard this song but it has been rewinding again and again in my head until this morning.
Hope that tomorrow I would be experiencing the same thing like today. It feels so nice!

sometimes it feels nice, sometimes it's irritating already causeyou want to sing a different tune for a change.....

Yes, I have heard that belief from someone. Maybe it's true, let me try that one of these days.

I get that all the time. The worst thing is when I only have a tiny piece of the song stuck in my head repeating over and over again (maybe just a line or so) when I can't remember the rest of the song, or even what song it is.
At the moment the song in my head is DLZ by TV on the Radio, which was the last thing I was listening to before I left work this evening.
