With life becoming more and more busy by the day, we are depending more on ready to eat foods but are you taking enough care to see that you are eating food that is necessary for a healthy body and are not consuming just junk food good in taste and low on nutritional value. I have made it a point to eat a good amount of green vegetables and fruits as my daily diet. Less of oily food and when it comes to packed food a look a what it offers in nutrition. I do take up foods which are for taste but they are just occasional and not as a dialy routine. The basic purpose is to keep a healthy and jubilant body. Are you keeping your diet a healthy one ?

I think so. I think I am pretty good at just eating things that are good for me. I stick to a daily diet of a protein shake in the morning for breakfast, as it is fast and I don't have much time in the morning to make anything. Then I have a piece of fruit or a yogurt for a midmorning snack. I have a protein bar for lunch, again since it is easy and I eat my lunch in my car while driving to my next clients house. I clean houses for a living. I will then have a midafternoon snack of usually some vegetables, like carrot sticks and celery and red peppers.
I always have a good dinner of meat and vegetables and a salad. You may note that I don't eat very many carbs as they upset my stomach and then my bowels aren't good. In the evening I will have something else which isn't always something healthy though because if I am craving for something I don't deny myself it. I just watch how much of it I eat. Like ice cream or sometimes chips.

I am trying to take better care of my self. I have been increasing whole grains and eating less meat and more vegis. We have been watching fats, salts and sugars. I am trying to make life changes as opposed to doing diets. I hope to teach my kids a thing or two.

Recently I have become more health concious. I have been trying so hard to eat more fruits and veggies, I buy a lot of organics, I limit my salt intake. I try to walk as much as possible. But still, I know there is so much more I could do. I dont drink enough water. I have a sugar addiction. I have a caffeine addiction. And, I dont exercise nearly enough. But, a few days ago, my daughter was diagnosed with severe life threatening food allergies, so our diet has to change yet again. So, I feel that our diet is a pretty good one, minus the sugar and caffeine, and if I add a bit more water......

Not really, I don't eat enough fruits and veggies.
I eat more junk than I should.
I'm trying to quit but It's hard.
I just quit smoking and that wasn't as hard as trying to quit eating.
