My favorite book is The Catcher in the Rye. I love it for the superb storytelling, its honesty, and the author's attention to details. Holden and Phoebe are two of my favorite characters in fiction, and their relationship is something I can relate with. I have read it several times over the years and every time I do so, it's a new experience for me.

When I was a kid I used to love to read mystery books liked the Clue books and the Boxcar children books, because I liked trying to figure out who did whatever was done ,now that I am older I do not like to read as much, because I have a short attention span,so it is hard to stay focused on a book, but I do like when my fiance reads to me because it is easier to pay attention, and right now she is reading to me from a book called Upon A Good Land which is the second in a series of four books by Vilhelm Moberg which are about a group of Swedish Emigrants who are migrating to North America, and they those books would definitely be my favorite books right now and probably will be for a long time.

i have read and want to read so many books. i hav a small collection of them. i love harry potter books and also mills and boons. i read them over and over and over. i dont think i can ever tire of them. books are such a relief from the troubles of real life. you could get lost in the realms of fantasy, and never have to worry about anythiong mundane. i could read all day, every day. but my books usually have to be fiction. or if not, then a really really good, attention-holding, interesting non-fiction... happy My Lotting
